     The researchers searched through the world wide web to gain more information about instant messaging, its different programs, and about IMlogic200. There were very helpful website and some that were not.

     The site www.howstuffworks.com/instant-messaging.htm was very helpful in giving the researches an overview on the new technology which is instant messaging.

     The site www.pcworld.com/howto/article.asp was also very helpful in giving the researchers more information about instant messaging and how it works.

     www.imlogic.com/products.htm was a very valuable source of information to the researchers because in this website, the researchers found out what IMlogic200 was all about, and its function.

     www.pager.yahoo.com, www.microsoft.com, www.wired.com/news/topstories.html, were sites that provided the researchers information about the different programs that uses instant messages.

      http://www.techrepublic.com gave the researchers a viewpoint on which instant messaging utility was the most popular.

     On the other hand, www.messenger.excite.com was not a useful site for the researchers.
