HOW IT CHANGED LIFESTYLE

     Instant messaging has, no doubt, made things easier and a bit more simpler. A decade ago, having cellphones and a computer was quite a big deal already but now, it is more of a neccessity. IM has greatly changed the way we communicate, interact and do business.

1. COMMUNICATION
   • easier,faster, and cheaper to have a "conversation" with people abroad
   • makes it easier and more fun way of keeping in touch with people
   • great alternative to letters and phone calls
2. BUSINESS
   • possible to do business even when not in the same place
   • able to work in groups even if not together
3. HUMAN INTERACTION
   • great alternative for those extremely shy
